What we collect

• What you type to place an order: name, delivery address, email address and telephone number.
• What you write to us, and our replies.
• Nothing else. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is kept in your own browser and is never sent to us until you place an order.

Card details

We never see or store card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which is subject to PCI DSS, and we receive only the result of the transaction.

Why we hold it

To take, pack, ship and account for your order, to answer you when you write, and to meet the record keeping the tax authorities require of us.

Who else sees it

The carrier that delivers your parcel, our payment provider, and our accountant. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, ever.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Correspondence for two years. Anything else, until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Write to us at the postal address above to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days and there is no charge.

Children

This shop is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
