Where we ship

United States only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

All prices and shipping charges are in USD. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel is collected. If tracking has not moved for five business days, write to us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

If a parcel is lost or damaged

Tell us within 30 days of the dispatch date. We replace or refund lost and damaged parcels at our own cost, and settle it with the carrier ourselves.

Wrong address

We can change a delivery address before dispatch. After dispatch a parcel returned to us as undeliverable is refunded minus the original shipping charge.
